Well today is post-op week # 2, and I finally have been able to return to full-time work.   I wasn't out so  long due to my lap band surgery, but 5 days after surgery I got a cold and then the flu.   Was down four days with a fever > 101.    So today was the first day back in the gym.  I walked 1 1/2 miles, and did 30minutes of weights.  That was enough after walking around at work all day, it had my lungs huffing and puffing. I did 45 minutes on the eliptical, 30 minutes of weights, 60 sidebends on each side, 30 crunches.

I did my usual 30 minutes on the stationary bike, 30 minutes or water aerobics, and then 15 minutes of laps.  Hope all this helps!!! Marilyn

10 min walk on indoor track. 20 MIN ellipical and 20 min on weight machines. Yea I know same old same old but hey I am working out though !!! : )

I actually didn't work out yesterday - hair appointment and errands.  Besides, I am still trying to learn how to walk all over again after Monday's session with the personal trainer.  I go back to see the "sadist" tonight.  Lord only know what new torture I will endure today.
