IDGOMB - 4/7
Ok, I know this is late, but yesterday was my first day at the gym with my trainer. So, here is what I did:
Treadmill - 20 minutes
Leg Presses - 40
Squats - 40
Donkey Kicks - 40
Butterflys - 40
Crunches - 40
I go again tomorrow night and work with the trainer again; however, I start working with my official trainer on Friday and will get my assessment and actual workout at that time. Keep me in your prayers, I have parts that are sore today that I didn't even know existed - but all in all, it's not too bad.
Oh, the good thing, is yesterday was the 1st day since my surgery on 1/15 that I actually consumed my 64 oz (actually more) of fluids. I attribute that to the gym and the fact that I know you must consume water before, during and certainly after a work out to keep your muscles from seizing up.
