8-day liquid diet starts tomorrow

Thanks folks! Actually, the CIB isn't bad at all so far. I mix it in a blender with ice and skim milk and it's like a milkshake consistency and tastes good too!

BamBob, When I was on CIB I forgot to tell you I found it to go down easier to use Captain Morgan instead of Skim Milk! Hahahahaha Party!
