Walked 30 minutes..  Not sure how much that is in distance cause I walk slow.... LOL.. 

  Spent the rest of the time pulling weeds.  Did that till it got dark....

Eliptical for 45 minutes, 60 sidebends, 50 push ups on the stability ball, and 30 minutes of lower body weights.

gidget, You are looking so good! Your new picture looks so thin and healthy, as my son-n-law told Trina you better stay in the winds blowing to strong for you! I did laps around the dinning room table my personnel trainer instructs me when and how much (Debbie). I'm enjoying all the attention from her. C' ya Bob

Thanks Bob! I feel so much better then I have in years. Its amazing what this surgery has done for me. I have my self esteem back, and my life. I am so blessed!
