I am so sore today... Nothing new just working a little harder is all. 20 min ellipical 20 minutes on weight machines and a 10 min walk on indoor track.

Was supposed to start at gym on Wednesday with trainer, but my back is still not up to par. At the recommendation of my chiropractor, I'm giving it a few more days and will put in my first appearance on Monday.
