What are you eating today?
On the BariatricEating.com board, Melinda does a daily post that asks everyone what they are eating. I rarely post but it is interesting to me to see what everyone is actually eating each day. I have gotten some good...maybe you will too. Okay...here is my day so far:
Morning protein: 4 oz. Mice Milk, 4 oz. Hood's FF, 3 shots Illy decaf. espresso, 1 T. SF White Velvet Gosh That's Good
Breakfast: 1/2 cup Fage Yogurt, 1 large strawberry, 2 inches of banana, 1/4 c. fiber choice cereal
Noon protein: Syntha 6 cookies & cream with 1 Tablespoon PB2
Afternoon meal: 1/2 cup taco soup
That's all I know so far but I feel sure that there is going to be at least one more latte.
Now it's your turn...what are you eating today?
Started my day off with 1/2 scoop Nectar Vanilla Bean, 1 1/2 tblsp David Rio SF Chai tea (I am going to cut it back to 1 tblsp tomorrow to see how it tastes... reserving my carbs... normal serving 2 tblsp) Made paste w/1 oz Labrada Lean Body Vanilla, added water run through coffee maker. YUMMO
Brkfst: scrambled egg w/cheese, 1 pc bacon
Mid morn drink: 1/2 scoop Nectar cappuccino with Chocolate Hazelnut Coffee, 1 Splenda pckt
Lunch: Tim came to get me and suprised me with Chinese. I had 2 sushi pieces, peeled rice off one; chicken, broccolli, 1 bite egg roll, shrimps ohhh so good, cheesy crab.
I have been sipping on fuze drinks all morning too.
Nothing exciting here

Cherry Jubilee Protein mixed with 6 OZ of light vanilla soy, 6 oz of water and a 1/2 pack of cherry pomegranete crystal lite for breakfast. A strawberry carbmaster yogurt for snack. Grilled asparagus, onion and red pepper and 3 oz of steak from Whole Foods (my fave place) for lunch. will have another shake at 5 before boot camp. Will have 4 OZ talipia for dinner afterwards and a veggie. I am doing good today. Trying to fight the carb craving.

Good post idea. You might consider asking what they had the day before so you can see everything for the day. Good way to stay accountable. Just a thought since that is what I see on other boards.
I figured since I haven't done tooooo bad today I would post!
. Actually, I usually eat the same thing everyday for breakfast and for my 3 snacks. I just change up my lunch and dinner (and of course any other thing I might snack on that isn't planned)
Breakfast - Southwestern style egg Beaters with cheese and salsa; one whole wheat toast with SF Preserves
Mid Morning Snack - banana
Lunch - Dos Tostados - grilled ckn topped with black beans, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, salsa, sour cream and guacamole (not tostado shell)
Afternoon Snack - Yoplait Yogurt
2nd Afternoon Snack - Powercrunch bar
Dinner- no idea yet.
Oh yeah- I remember I also had about 6 m&ms earlier - bad, bad, bad
