I went to Kroger and walked up and down isles
until I finished my list. I was so thankful. I remember that I walk'n up and down the isles is ok when first start'n out but very frustrating when you can't find what you need and you tummy start feel'n it. I was really ready to be home. I think that I did my deed for the day.
Thank goodness for Ash.....She is such a great and wonderful help. Hugs and luv Barb

did a Fitness test at the Y and I am at 17% body fat, from 44%. I have gained some weight since last year, but went down 6% points in body fat. All of my other numbers put me in the Excellent Fitness level, just need to work on flexibility.
Then I did the 30 minute circuit cafe and ab work and treadmill for 15 minutes.
