hmm,I stepped on the scale this morning and,,,199.5 ,,yay me !! yay Dr Spaw ! I've gone from a 38-40x32 in pants to a 36/34x32,,I can actually wear 34 in the tummy,,(I only buy men's jean's) and have gone from a XXL/XL to a large in some shirt's So,,I've got some clothing to donate for the yard sale ! yay !
