Hey Darlene, Let me clarify my schedule. I do manage to get my protein but some days I only get about 50-55oz of liquid.
I start the day with 18-20 oz of water with a scoop of Nectar crystal sky(23g protein). 1st break I eat CarbMaster yogurt(12g Pro) Lunch is about 2 oz chicken(16g pr) and sometimes a cheese stick(5g pro). My other 2 breaks at work I try to drink as much water as I can. When I get home I exercise then have another protein drink. I might make a banana split smoothie with Calorie Countdown milk(8ozmilk + 8g pro) with a scoop of powder(24g pro). Then for supper I'll usually have more chicken or tuna or deli meat. I take a 20 oz bottle of water to work with me and leave it in my locker. I try to drink on that all day. some days i get it all some days I don't .
