I'm at another stand still in my weight loss.  I know about the body going into starvation mode and I've decided I don't eat enough(imagine being told that!!).  My routine is yogurt for breakfast. About 2oz of chicken or turkey for lunch and about the same for dinner.  I don't eat anything between meals.  I have a hard time getting in all my liquids during the day.  If I start eating a snack in the daytime will I have to wait another hour to drink anything? First of all, it sounds like you aren't getting enough protein, so you may want to add a protein shake in there somewhere or increase to 3 oz of chicken or turkey.  You could also add some protein powder to the yogurt (I do that by adding Body Fortress chocolate to Carb Master strawberry yoguart) yum.  You do need to wait the 30 before and after , after you have a snack.  It is very important to get the fluids (64oz min) and the protein (60-80g) to aid in your weight loss. darlene I forgot to add that if you are eating SF popcicles or jello, they count toward your fluid intake.  Anything without caffiene in it counts as well.

Hey Darlene,  Let me clarify my schedule.  I do manage to get my protein but some days I only get about 50-55oz of liquid.

I start the day with 18-20 oz of water with a scoop of Nectar crystal sky(23g protein).  1st break I eat CarbMaster yogurt(12g Pro)  Lunch is about 2 oz chicken(16g pr) and sometimes a cheese stick(5g pro).  My other 2 breaks at work I try to drink as much water as I can.  When I get home I exercise then have another protein drink.  I might make a banana split smoothie with Calorie Countdown milk(8ozmilk + 8g pro) with a scoop of powder(24g pro).  Then for supper I'll usually have more chicken or tuna or deli meat.  I take a 20 oz bottle of water to work with me and leave it in my locker.  I try to drink on that all day.  some days i get it all some days I don't .
