Hi guys, I am having a hard time finding a lot of lo card, sugar free food.  I went to Sam's and found very little.  I went to Fresh Market and found less.  Where are the best places?  When I come to Nashville, I would like to know where to shop, as well. It is probably cheaper than the Internet right now with shipping going up so high!  I did find sugar free Davinci syrups at Sams!  There used to be a lo carb, sugar free market in west Knoxville, but it has closed down. Marylin,           I know that I have gotten Davinci syrups at Walmart, it is by the coffees.  However, some have found several things at TJ Maxx and Publix, I also believe that I have seen others mention Whole Foods, but I can't be sure about them.  I hate to say it, but it is difficult to find some of these things locally, however someone mentioned a store in Murfreesboro, but that is a brief memory and have not heard anything else in regards to it.

SF Coffee syrups (davinci, Torani, Artistry) - Walmart, Sams, sometimes Kroger, Publix, TJ Maxx, Marshall's, Home Goods, World Market Libby's Splenda Sweetened Pineapple - not avail at our local Kroger.  Publix, Walmart Hershey's strawberry sugar free syrup - I can never find this at walmart or kroger, only publix Guylian no sugar added & sugar free milk chocolate bars - World Market, Fresh Market in Brentwood Fage Yogurt - Fresh Market, Publix Maple Grove Farms Sugar Free Pancake Mix (which is great and low carb) - Wild Oats in Cool Springs Snyder's of Hanover Parmesan Garlic & Olive Oil Soy Crisps - Publix., Fresh Market. I have not found them anywhere else but they are really good. Genisoy crisps - Kroger. Maybe available elsewhere but I have not looked. David Rio Sugar Free Spiced Chai (comparable to Big Train) - World Market Diet Oceanspray Grape & Cranberry - Walmart, Kroger, havent tried anywhere else.  They sell the large bottles, and smaller ones that are 12 oz I believe.  Valor Sugar Free Dark Chocolate bars - Marshalls, TJ Maxx, but there are probably none left.  I went and bought them all !!

Marilyn, There is a shop on alco hyw, before Johnsiver, I dont know the name of it, and there is a vitamine shop called Extrem vitamin in oakride on solway. I buy the sf light fit yogert, is there something in perticular you are looking for, I use Any whey, you can get that at GNC and other vitamin places. let me know what you are looking for Annrenee
