Dinner Club Tonight

I just wanted to say that I had a really great time and I believe it was just the right Rx for everyone!!  Razz's was a wonderful place, the room was perfect, because we had lots of room to move around and were seperated from everyone else, therefore we could be just as BAD (and you know who you are!!! Wendy, Trina, Scott, Bill not to mention any names though)  ROFLOL  I hope everyone enjoyed it as much as I did and for those that were unable to attend, you were missed, maybe you can join the next one.  I believe that Alissa said she would like to have it at Razz's again.    In regards to the pictures, I can't figure out how to get them posted, I will keep trying, PROMISE!! Sorry I did not go.  MEN STOP READING HERE.  I started my period and have been in a fowl mood.  And having cramps.  And of all nights, Tim finally wanted to go to Opryland Hotel to walk around and get a cappuccino so we opted for that. I would not have been a very pleasant Melinda, I am quite certain...  Glad you all had a great time

Ok, one more comment and them I'm off to investigate the gym and decide if I want a membership there - will post on tha tlater. I had a great time last night and for those of you that didn't come, you missed a great time.  Shelia, Todd, Beth, and Scott.  It was great to see all of you again and I enjoyed our conversations and just being able to get to know you better. Trina - What can I say except BWWWWAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH.  We had such a good time just conversing and laughing.  You are truly a blessing to those around you and I'm glad we have met.  I know we will have a long friendship. Susan - It was absolutely wonderful to see you again.  You were just glowing and looked absolutely amazing.  Tell Bill, as hard as I know it will be for him, he must work harder on behaving (LOL).  It was really nice to meet him.  Next time, I will have to implement Trina's method of "speed dating" to get to talk to everyone. Juanita - What a beautiful woman you are - on the inside and out.  Your weight loss is amazing and it brings tears to my eyes to know the journey you have been on.  But, you are one of the victors and you will continue to meet all your goals.  Your daughter was just a joy and she seemed to really enjoy herself last night.  Thanks for being there. Kathy - Although I didn't get  a chance to talk to you very much, it was nice to meet you and your friend Rick.  You too have had an amazing journey and should be proud of all your accomplishments.  Hope to be able to talke a little more with you at future functions. Finally Barb - sweet Barb.  I took the time after I got home last night to look at your page and I was blown away.  I had tears in my eyes as I viewed your pictures.  You have come a long way baby! (lol)  You are doing so well, and will soon be meeting any and all goals you set for yourself.  I know it's only been 2 weeks since surgery, but you are going to achieve what you have declared for yourself.  You are a true inspiration and an encourager.  I love the fact that you and Trina are such wonderful cheerleaders (there are others of you out there too and I'm so thank ful for that).  I've come to realize in the time since my surgery that not everyone knows how to be a cheerleader for a WLS patient.  The ones that truly know how to be a good cheerleader are the ones that are walking that road themselves and I for one am so thankful to have such wonderful cheerleaders on my team. Again, I had a wonderful time and I'm looking forward to many more good times with all of you.  Hope you all had a safe journey home last night and are going to have a good weekend. Hugs to everyone!
