Never thought this day would come!

I have a date to meet my surgeon on MAY 27, 2008  Can you all say  EXCITED!!!!!! I have so many of you to thank for my continued success on OH and with my spirits being uplifted when times got hard...just know that you are ALL in my prayers and  I EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU!!!!!

Tina - Congratulations - you are on your way and before long, you will be sitting on the losers bench with the rest of us losers.  Hang in there, you have your foot in the door (so to speak) and the rest is easy from here on out.  Way to go and keep on keeping on!

Tina, when I first came here, you welcomed me.  I just noticed how long you have been a member.  Wow you sure have had a long wait.  I am so happy for you!  Congrats...  its taken a long time to get here, with so many sacrifices!  Woohooo!!

P.S.  I like your new avatar...  You have the most beautiful skin, cheeks, nose and lips.  Just thought I would throw that in there!  I notice facial features like that!  I used to sell Mary kay.  lol

Oh Tina , I am soooooo excited         for you.  I know how long you have waited.  I was thinking of you this week, wondering how you are doing.  Are you feeling better?  Do you remember we met at Dr. Spaw's meeting at Leslie Town Center?  Please keep us informed on your journey.

Wow,  I am so humbled by your comment. I have read story after story of others that have had to fight for years for their surgery.  I never thought I would be one of the ones to stick it out and do it. I have over come so much to get here but like I said it is people like YOU that make the journey that much easier. I am trying to get my life back.  I cannot get my marriage back but with the kindess and grace of my Father, I will become the person that I should be.  Someone who can help others and love herself for what she has become.
