Add surgery date

Who would be so kind as to tell me how to add my surgery date to my profile?  I keep trying, but I'm missing something!   Thanks.

Hi sweetie, go to the top of your screen where it says welcome Jane O. Right across,to my account. click. Then into my surgery and you are able to change and add whatever. If you need anything pm me. Hugs sweetie.....
