I kicked up the cardio a notch today. I did 45 minutes on the eliptical. Then I did 45 minutes of weights. 50 push ups on the stability ball. 60 side bends. I just took my dogs for a 30 minute walk.

30 mins on the eliptical and then added in some weight machines for the first time.  Might not be able to move tomorrow.
