Note from Susan

Well I talked to Susan today and she asked me to let everyone know that she is doing fine, but her computer is out of WHACK and she is unable to get online. It is in the process of being repaired, but not sure how long it will be before she is back up and running.  Therefore, she asked me to tell everyone HI and let you know that she misses you!!!   So from Susan,     and   !!! NOTE: You will all have to let her know I did GOOD!!!! Shelia

Several chants are going through my mind right now. One is the Jerry Springer show... everyone chanting "Jerry"  "Jerry" I am chanting "SUZIE" "SUZIE" "SUZIE" Another is the song on the commercial for baby back ribs... "I want my baby back, baby back, baby back ribs." I am singing, "I want my suzieQ back, my suzieQ back, my suzieQ back"

Mel, you are on the verge of being certifiable. LOL

She passed that verge a lo-o-o-o-ong time ago!!! BWAHAHAHAHAHA!

Remeber the lunch with Toni Miller when we met Melinda?  Did we create her then?  LOL  I think she and Scott are both loopy.  But wouldn't have them any other way. They keep us balanced.  See y'all on Friday evening for dinner. Put me down for 2.   Love ya, Kathy

Just to save you a drive in to Nashville...the dinner for Friday night has been cancelled. Alyssa has been under the weather and has cancelled Dinner Club for this month. edited to add - never mind. I just saw the post about keeping the dinner club as scheduled. I read your post directly from my email notification instead of going to the board first. Sorry. Carry on. I think this outgoing Melinda was discovered while she was shedding her cocoon and growing into the beautiful butterfly she is now. I think she always had it in her but had never set it free. My, my...wasn't she a quiet, timid little thing back when we first met her? She seemed afraid of her own shadow and now she is 2 snaps up and a head roll. LOL

I also remember how nervous she was regarding the insurance and was approved 4 days later. I remember her asking a lot of questions and Toni was able to help her on a lot of things.  We've come a long ways since that first lunch.  All for the better.  I agree what you said about  Melinda, she has surfaced from her cacoon and turned into a beautiful swan.  Not just outside but from the inside.  I cherish that lunch with her.  Take care of yourself.  Love ya
