Well my starting weight is 246 I would liketo be at 231 by May 1st.  That would be 15 pounds for me. Sit Up Stationary Bike Treadmill Step Aerobics And these are some of the things I will be doing to achive that goal.

Just look at you go! And I love the different colored shoes! So, blue for sit-ups and biking, red for treadmill and walking, and green for steps or aerobics! Got it! 15 pounds it is!   ~ Tara

Just when I start losing, a stall rears it's ugly head!  So, I am going to be conservative.  Since we have 6 weeks on this one, put me down for the following: Starting weight 242 Ending weight 230 That will be 2 pounds per week!  And if I lose more, then I'll be doing back flips at the next Lunch Bunch!

Well sence I will be mostly on liquids starting weight 244 ending weight 200. Gotta Go For The Gold!!!!

Gold it is! And yes, you lose 44 pounds by May 1st and we will all be bowing to you! That's almost 1/2 of what I've lost in 6 months, you little stinker. But, best of luck and we're cheering you on - excited about your surgery!!!   ~ Tara

Ok Scott!  I'll be sure to have a video camera ready.  I will also be bringing score cards so we can rate you on technique, landing, starting, etc.  I'll be sure to brush up on my gymnastic scoring information to make sure we score you accordingly.

What do you mean "Just when I start losing" ??? Buddy, you have blown us all AWAY! No complaining about a stall - chances are you will drop 10 pounds overnight at the end of that stall! I have no doubt that you will make your 12 pound goal! And I can't wait to see the back flips!   ~ Tara

I'm hoping to loose about 10 pounds (6-7 for baby and a few for other misc things!)!!!!!  Har Har!   But probably won't be by May 1, since due date isn't until May 9.  Good luck to everyone on their goals.
