How Many Can You List?
I was just sitting here thinking about "the rules". I wonder how many I can remember. Let's see how many each of us can remember. You don't have to say if you follow them or not. Just if you remember them. LIST all you can even if someone else already has!

OK Like Bob recently said:
TAG; YOU'RE IT! GO!
What about excersise daily!!!!! I was always told 30 minutes before and an hour after eating to drink, but this could be difference in programs, too!!!
When eating veggies and protein use the 70/30 approach, three bites protien to one bite veggies.
BY THE WAY!!! HI EVERYONE!! I have missed you all, I am feeling better, I had a severe reaction to medication that they gave me for my headaches, it took a few days to come off the meds, will explain more later, but just wanted to say HI!!! AND Thanks for the Prayers!!! Shelia

I think you and shelia pretty much covered it. It is also important to remember what stage you are in as well. For example me being almost two years out I can eat a little more and tolerate things someone who is only a few months out could. It is very important to know your stage and limitations !! Sugar free items are not always your friend !!! Although yes we can have them but it is easy to get in the mind frame that hey since it is sugar free maybe I can eat a little more... WRONG !!!!
Shelia
I think you are right on the one hour after eating. I could not remember. I got out my dr's rules and am putting them on my website so that they are always there, easy for me to find. Even this far out, its still important to know and follow the rules... right?
Yes someone said the part about eating slowly, and chew chew chew. I am not the greatest at this as I should be. My worst fear is getting something stuck one day.
Hmmm.... yep you got a lot listed here....
I almost have to tape it right in front of my face to CHEW, CHEW, CHEW.......
One day I misplaced my post it note with the words CHEW on it and I swallowed some food that I did not CHEW CHEW CHEW like probably only did one CHEW.....and I thought I was going to absolutely die.... It is the most excruciating pain..... I had to lay down in what could very much resemble the fetal position for about humm 30 minutes....
