The exercise must real be adding great tone to, along with positive attitude! I think thats a WOW moment!
So for your next exercise stretch your arms out in front then bend them back behind you and pat your self on the back you deserve it!

I got my kids as my cheerleaders! They are awesome, they ask me daily did you go to the gym mom? The exercise is really toning my legs and arms. The stomach will come with time. I can feel so tight abs under all the extra skin and fat on my belly.
IDGOMB and did 30 minutes weights, walked 1 mile in 15 mins, 3miles on the bike and got on the eliptical for the first time........taking about "kicking butt" only 3minutes for starters. Will work on that one.
