Today is 3/18/08 and I went to the gym after a class at work, walked 1 1/2 miles in 25 minutes.  Then walked around the grocery store for another 1000 steps on my counter (that equals another 1/2 mile) then lugged all the groceries up the stairs at home.     Your Turn!!

30 minutes on the eliptical, 30 minutes of weights, 60 sidebends, 50 crunches. It was a BLAH day for me.

30 minutes on the recumbent bike this morning, then I went to my firs****er aerobics class this afternoon.  I quickly realized that the workout yoou get there is whatever you make it...and I worked hard for a solid hour!!! Marilyn

I went to the Y and while the boys had their swim lesson, I worked out on a new machine. Don't know what it's called, but it's like the elliptical machine, only you sit down and push fwd w/ your legs instead of standing and your legs moving up and down like stairs... anyway, set it at a resistance of 6 and did it for 25 minutes. Then walked for about 10 mins.

same old here 20 min ellipical. 20 min weight machines and 10 min walk on indoor track. I am seriousy needing a shake up in my routine LOL

30 minutes on this new machine at the Y. You are running/walking and the feet are going out side to side. Very complicated and very challenging. Crunches and push ups. New boot camp starting on Monday.
