I went to the Y and while the boys had their swim lesson, I worked out on a new machine. Don't know what it's called, but it's like the elliptical machine, only you sit down and push fwd w/ your legs instead of standing and your legs moving up and down like stairs... anyway, set it at a resistance of 6 and did it for 25 minutes. Then walked for about 10 mins.
