You guessed it I went to the Y and  did 20 minutes on ellipical, 20 minutes on weight machines and a ten minute walk on indoor track. WOO HOO.

Late in posting but I did do 30 mins on the eliptcal and 30 miutes on the tread mill.  I even ran some again today.

I'm am a day late in posting my exercise for St. Patty's day, but at least IDGOMB!!  I did 30 minutes with various weights and walked a mile pushing a stroller, then crawled around the house after the 10month old grandson. Day # 6 of my pre-op diet....better than the first two, but enery level isn't what I'm used to! 8more to go!!

I am late too. I did 35 minutes on the elliptical and 90 crunches and 20 pushups. Real pushups too.
