Welcome home GF. Sorry we didn't get out there more and haven't called more. Phil worked late Thursday night, so we didn't come out or make it to the support group. All day yesterday he was feeling crapy and running a temp of course wouldn't go to the dr. Today his is still feeling yucky and I am starting too, the temp hasn't gotten to me yet. So no lunch bunch for us, don't want to take a chance on others getting sick. Glad to see ya on here so soon. Sounds like you are doing great. Keep on the good work. Hi Barb, Welcome to the Losers Bench!!!  Glad to have you on our side and doing so good.  I had lap band, but I couldn't tolerate the bullets.  They tasted like they had metal in them to me.  I just did my protein shakes with water for the first few days and then added in the skim milk.  And I also did the sf popsicles, sf jello and kroger carb master yogurt.  That is the best yogurt and since it has 12 grams of protein in it, it's just what we need.  I'll say prayers for you that you will continue to do well. You were on our hearts and minds all week...  I am glad that you came through surgery and are doing great!  Like everyone else, let me just take a moment to say 'welcome to the loser's bench!'  Before long, you will be the incredible shrinking woman! Whopps! There went one size!  Whopps!  There went another until before you know it, you will be down to your dream size!  Congratulations and glad to see you back!

I am so glad to be back, wow what a change, in my taste, but I do feel fine that is what is wonderful. But the chamie and chaz still aren't understanding why mommie doesn't get the kittie food and their water in the morning, but I do open the shade for them to see out. I guess that isn't enough...Everyone has a job for them, those are mine. I have already started to lose, I laughed when I was in the hospital, everyday, there was always something else they wanted me to do that was new. I would complete what they wanted the day before, then the list would get bigger the next day, that was alright with me, just another goal to meet.Thanks sweetie for caring so much, Hugs and Luv Barb Free Comments & Graphics
