PICTURES & Wow Moment

A few people have told me they want to see photos of me.  I posted some, but set them to Friends only.... so if you want to see them, then I guess I need to make more OH friends! haha :) Not only are there pics of me (pre and post-op), but there's also one of my adorable pooch, too.  She's so cute! And onto the wow moment.... I have a dress that I bought back in October that I really love.  Whenever I wear it to work, I get lots of compliments.  Well today when I wore it, people were like, "Whoa that dress is really big on you!  You really have lost weight!!"  So my guess is I will only be wearing it one more time before permanently retiring it.  Maybe I can find one like it in a smaller size... :) It seems like every single day, someone tells me that I look good or that they notice I have lost weight.  It's a nice feeling! :)

I'm glad I had you as a friend!  I liked seeing your pictures.  You are really pretty!  Thanks for sharing them with us today... yes the pooch sure is a cutie!  My parents have 2 dachsunds.

Congrats on doing so well.  It really makes you feel good when others compliment you and tell you how good you look or you put on something in your closet that has been there awhile to find a) it either fits finally, or b) it no longer fits because it is too big.  Right now, I have a limited wardrobe, but that is ok, because I know before long, I will be shopping all over the place and my closet will be full of all the clothes I've longed to wear for years.  Keep up the good work and keep posting so we know how you are doing.

Thanks for the compliments!  I think the weight is going to start coming off a little faster now that I have started working out again.  Slowly, but surely, I'll get there!

Your pictures are beautiful, as are you.  Hang in there, the weight will continue to come off - just have patience.  If you are doing all the right things and following the doctor's orders, you will get to where you want to be.  I know it is hard, but it will all come together for you - as it has for those who have travelled this road before you.  Congratulations on making such a wonderful life changing decision for yourself - praying for many successes for you as you continue on your journey.
