Just got back from walking to the gym, about 1.5 miles each way. Then did 30 minutes of weights. I worked my legs today since I did arms and shoulders last night.

Did some walking in my daughter's neighborhood.....up and down several hills about a mile total.  Also did some walking this morning when I when to the mall.  Not as much as normal, but some.  Back to work tomorrow and the gym there will be back to a more normal routine (walk, bike, weights). Day # 2 pre-op  not as bad as day #1.  Less hungry!!!

It is now soccer season for my son and his Varsity team so Kevin and I went to the soccer game, climbed up and down the bleachers to find a seat.  After that when I got home I walked Ruby after dinner but she was so tired from the soccer game (we took her too, the kids love her).  So Ms. Ruby laid down while I walked the last 30 minutes.. Oh yea I haven't felt good all day, have a sore throat, cough, burning eyes, achy joints, I feel like I am getting the flu....  Mom's don't have time to get the flu......
