IDGOMB today 3/12/08

IDGOMB today for Wednesday, March 12, 2008,  I get everyone started.   I went walking this morning outside......OH boy was it beautiful.  I can't wait for spring time in TN.  I completed 2miles today and have spent the afternoon playing in the floor with my 10month old grandson, singing, reading and all types of other fun stuff.   Very different day that my normal days at work. Anyway, IDGOMB today.   Day #1 of the 14 pre-op diet, all is well.  Although, I feel a little bi****er logged.  2 weeks til the BIG DAY!!! Sherry

I am loving this beautiful day. I took the dog for a nice 2 hour walk. He was tuckered out by the time we got home. It was great to be outside enjoying the sun. So IDGOMB today!

Well, I was a bum yesterday in the exercise department.  I did 20 minutes on the exercise bike instead of 30.  But, then, I walked through creeks, climbed stairs that should be ladders or be condemned, and hiked up a gully...all to see Hospice patients! Marilyn
