I'm calling shoveling snow 5" down the drive my exercise?

Ok then I am calling walking around a store for 45 minutes my exercise. The gyms are closed on post. :(

I took my mom shopping and we walked around the New World Market store in Murfreesboro for about 1 hour today.  Then I went to Wal-Mart, but I was in and out pretty quickly, so that was probably only another 10 minutes.

I got up at 6:30.  Ate breakfast. Then cleaned all day long... did some cooking.  Then went out to a few stores, walked around...  I've been up and around and at 'em all day!
