I am alive and missing everyone.

Oh Kim. I am so happy to hear from you. I have been worried and wondering how you have been. I am sorry to hear about all of the complications but I am happy to hear that things look to be improving. Get plenty of rest and try to take care of yourself. It sounds like you have a great support system around you with Eddie. He is a life saver!  I wouldn't worry just yet about the weight loss. Anyone would lose weight going through all of that. I am sure once you have recovered and on your way to feeling better and getting around, you will notice it stablize out. I hope you get better soon and I can't wait to see you agian. Keep us updated on how you are doing. Hugs!
