No, not Scott's. LOL I stopped at the pharmacy to get my syringes for my B12 shots and a gentleman walked up about the time I told the person what size I needed. He asked if they were for insulin and I told him what they were for. I then told him that I was no longer diabetic so insulin was not a factor for me. He stated that he wished he could get rid of his diabetes. He said he knew he probably could if he could lose weight but he just hasn't been able to lose it and keep it from coming back. I then told him that I got rid of the diabetes by losing 165 lbs. He looked at me and said...You don't look like you have ever had an overweight day in your life!!  I wanted to grab him and plant a big ol' smooch right on top of his bald little head. Bless him!!! I'm still floating high on this one.

That was sweet! I know it felt good to have a compliment such as that planted on you. Keep floating because we all deserve those kinds of compliments especially after a lot of hard work getting there.

Susan, that man was telling you the honest truth.  I looked at you in awe last night at the support group meeting--the ps really makes a difference.  There is nothing to make one think you haven't always looked just like that! You are truly an inspiration and a blessing to those of us just beginning this journey.  Thank you for setting such a great example! Jane O

I have to agree with the sweet little bald man!  You don't look like you have ever had an overweight day in your life (and I have not seen you since your surgery!)  I remember the first time I ever heard about you (this was last summer) my husband had met you at the sugar free store.  He said that he thought you were a bariatric surgeon.  He knew that you couldn't have been a patient because you were so tiny!  You are such an inspiration to me!  When the going gets tough I always think about you and how you have made this work for you with such style and grace.  You are truly a person worthy of admiration!  Thanks for being such a great example of what weight loss surgery can do!!! By the way, I have not forgotten about making you some biscotti!  As soon as life settles down a bit...you are first on the list. Kisses! Freddie

I've been praying for you and your dad. I sure hope everything went well with his surgery and he recovers quickly. We missed you Tuesday night but understand that you have more pressing issues right now. Thank you for the compliments. You make me blush! Love ya sweetie! Keep smiling!!

Hi Ms. Susan, This is great... I love it.... I have a question.... I use the Walmart pharmacy and they charge me about .25cents a syringe for my B12 shots.   Is this about an average range?
