What a sweetie!! I think when she said she is tired of you changing, that is her way of voicing her feelings about how fast you have changed. I think she will be fine as you continue to your goal since things have slowed down. She's always known her mommy to be big and her little head just needs a chance to catch up to having a skinny mommy. You look great and you are teaching your girls the right way to care for their bodies. I have one niece who used to call me her "cushy Aunt Suz" when she was little. She used to nap laying on my cushy belly and chest. She is a Junior in college now and had not seen me since I started losing weight. Her response was that I was no longer her cushy Aunt Suz. She quickly told me I looked great but I could still see that expression on her face that she was going to need some time to get used to the change. That was 3 sizes ago. I don't know how she will react now that I am wearing some of her castoff clothing.

I have to agree you are no longer cushy aunt Suz and the fact you are wearing her cast offs will amaze her I'm sure.  I hope my girls do see and make exercise and healthy eating a part of thier life that is my ultimate goal. They already like alot of my protein stuff and Amanda my oldest exercises with me at times. It really encourages me to see them adjust and even practice the things I have learned from this whole journey.

Juanita, She took notice of how her mom has been changing and to me that lets me know that you have a very obseravative little girl. But... she loves you the way you are and that's a good thing. It makes me think, when we don't always meet the expectations of the world there are always unexpected surprises to make us glow and fill our hearts with warmth. You do look fantastic!

I told my oldest brother that I lost 43 pounds. He told me okay that's plenty you can stop now. He still doesn't understand I need to actually lose enough to be healthy. I love him dearly but I love me too and will continue with this journey.
