IDGOMB Leap Year Version
Well, still haven't found the time for walking or an organized exercise program. So today I continued with the "Stair Master Program" at Home Depot. I did increase from a 16 ft ladder, to a 20 ft. So that was good. But today I added in "Weight Training". That's right, not only did I go up and down the ladder for 4 hours, today we added in sledge hammers!
So, what did you do today?
Hey Scott,
I think your work out routine will be quite effective!!! IDGOMB either, I'm doing good just rolling out of bed. I didn't even go to work last night. My lower back is killing me, I think I have a pinched sciatic nerve and the baby is getting bigger, so I'm pretty uncomfortable.
Hope your able to get used to your schedule pretty soon. Don't wear yourself out and take care!
