Day 4
Ok, so this is only the second day I have taken a full pill... 4 days on program but first couple only take a half... can I say that I take it about 10 and at 12:30 I was like Melissa it is lunch time... and the thought of eating made me kinda sick... and at 1:15 I finally ate a small salad with some bacon bits and shreadded cheese on it. But, I couldn't get myself to think of eating more than that. I am completely full... I dont feel bad and honestly probably could have passed on eating but know that part of the plan means I have to have my meals even if not that hungry and they warned me. I get snack in half an hour and a vitamin but I doubt I will be hungry so will probably opt for the protein drink... I am so afraid to do something wrong.. but I am trying to just do my best. I wish I was a better judge of if I am having too much protein.. too much anything. I am trying to do what they said but it wasn't detailed. Honestly... I am still doing better than before and if this is how it will be... I won't be worried long about eating too much cause I am not wanting to eat so will end up cutting back anyways. I can not tell you how good I feel! I have to keep busy though... I need to get back to work!!! I applied for a lot of jobs online today and am going to try a few more later.... please all pray! I am almost out of unemployment and this added stress is what will mess me up. I dont understand why they are not calling me... I just dont get it... if anyone is good at resumes and is willing to help I can pay you... I am pretty good but feel that obviously what I have is not working. I have to work... anything clerical or customer service... I have laptop and can travel cause I dont have a young child... If you hear of anything. :)
Sounds like you are doing good. My only suggestion is that you get the 60-80 grams of protein that WLS patients are required. I figure if it works after surgery it should be ok before. If you have questions call the clinic that has you on the program. Good luck and you are right you do need to eat something at meal time, it is very hard to realize that you have to eat to lose.
