help with my blog

I need to update my BMI and such how do I do that in the area? I can't change anything in that box where my avatar is.

Hi Flip, At the last lunch bunch Scott walked us through a lot of computer work, I looked through all the hand outs he gave and couldn't find this one. Just didn't want you to think you were being ignored. I no Scott's been working a lot of hours lately but I'm sure he'll reply in the next couple of days. Good luck Bob 

Hey Keith. Just go to my account at the top of the screen then you will see a box that says all about you, you want to select the option that says general information. Update your new weight and save and it will update your BMI. Hope this helps if not just hollar ! :  )
