Good Morning Everyone! I would really appreciate it if you would add my daddy to your prayer list.  He was admitted to Baptist yesterday.  They are running some tests to determine if he has had a stroke or perhaps a hematoma on the brain.  Daddy is 95 years young and is very healthy.  He has only been in the hospital one other time in his life so this is pretty major. Prayers would be most appreciated. Many thanks! Freddie

Freddie,

I will keep your dad in my prayers.  The worst part for him is being holed up in the hospital. Keep us updated.

P E A C E - It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.

Hi Everyone! Thank you so much for the prayers.  I can really feel the love and support.  The good news is that there is no bleeding in the brain.  He has had several TIAs and one significant stroke in the past week or so. He is alert and responsive but his speech is slurred and his little legs are awfully wobbly.  After I left the hospital this evening, I talked with my sister and she said the nurse told her that he seems to get more confused when the sun goes down.  Bless his sweet little heart. Keep the prayers coming, please Big hug! Freddie
