shopping for post op

I keep thinking of things that I need.  Friday is my day...and I must confess...a little scared.  Keep me in your prayers, and let me know if you have any more ideas......Joyce in Kingsport

I looked at the paper the doc gave me of what I can eat after surgery and used that as my shopping list But I also bought paper plates and plastic spoons and fork's to make thing's easier for me

What a wonderful journey you are about to begin!! I will be praying for you. I too was a little scared prior to surgery but on the day of surgery I so excited and could not wait to get started.
Remember to walk and sip and walk and sip as much as possible. I just know you are going to do great!
