It is called CytoSport and I got them at Vitamin Shoppe. They are about $2.50ea. I don't know if you can buy them by the case or not, but if you can, that would be cheaper... especially since there's one particular flavor you like... ~ T Hey -you and Cherly -  post those goals!! :)

Let me just say having tried all 3 of the flavors Tara brought to LB earlier this month, the Watermelon is the BOMB.  Might need to add a little water or ice or both to it as it does kind of grab you at the back of your jaw, but otherwise it is a pretty good tasting drink.  Personally, the Tangerine and the Tropical did absolutely nothing for me other than cause me to make a horrible face - but again, that is a personal preference.

I liked the watermelon...  it needs water!  Its really sweet tasting for me...  Hey I haven't tried it yet, but I bert it would be perfect as is inside some snow cone ice!!!  I bet it would rock! I am going to put down a weight loss goal of 3 lbs.  I have gained 3 lbs, not sure as to why... could have something to do with that time of month...  but I am going to watch the scale these next few days....

Mornin' again!     I'll go for the gusto and say a whole whoppin' 5 pounds this time!  I've yet to make goal on any of the challenges so I will scale back, pardon the pun, and go for 254.   Have a good weekend!!!    Beth

Ok, I'm going to think big for this.  My current weight is 256.8 and I told my husband by my next appointment w/the doctor, I would like to be 20 pounds lighter.  I go see Dr. McDowell on 3/14, so for posterity sake, lets just leave it at that for the 17th as well.  I'm going to work hard to make sure on the morning of the 14th those scales read 236.8.  If that happens, I won't have been that weight for more than 8 years.
