Butternut Squash!

Just a note to say that if you have not tried Beth and Scott's recipe for roasted butternut squa**** just delicious. I have had it many times since last Saturday. Doug likes it but I LOVE IT!!!! Don't let the simplicity fool you...it is the BOMB! Thank you for a delicious recipe! I have really enjoyed it! Freddie
