I need some info,please.
I think it all depends on the hospital and type of surgery you are looking into. I think the primary tests you have to go through for an RNY (depending on your medical history) is a bunch of blood work, a gall bladder ultrasound, an EKG, and maybe a sleep test. Normally you will also have to go to a psychiatrist for an exam and you should have to do some nutritional counseling. Some of that depends on your insurance requirement. Make sure you ask all of your questions and learn as much as possible. Good luck with your journey!
