Hi everybody.  I'm 4 wks out today and I'm ready to start experimenting.  Can you all tell me the must haves in the DaVinci SF Syrups and Nectar.  I have the carribean cooler and it's pretty good mixed with crystal light raspberry lemonade. Thanks, Melissa

My favorite is Nectar Cappuccino. I put a scoop in my morning cappuccino to increase the protein without altering the taste.

I would also recommend finding a vanilla protein powder that you really like, Whey Gourmet Vanilla Ice Cream Royale is a good one. You can then add flavorings like frozen fruit, Da Vinci Syrups, SF Hershey's, etc. to make a wide variety and keep you from getting bored.

Thanks for the ideas.  How are you doing?  Good I hope.  Can't wait to see you at next support meeting.  Take care.

I'll tell you what i liked...  It was a scoop of fuzzy navel...  with 6-8 oz of water...  and some low carb clever peaches, (maybe 2 slices), with ice.  It tasted like a pulpy orange juice to me.  I missed orange juice a lot...  it was thick, fruity, anyway...  just an idea.  I finally got to the point where i didn't really like the nectars.  Even the cappuccino.  I sold or gave them all away.  I had hundreds of dollars worth that i gave to my sister in law too...  stuff I got off of Bariatric "Eating.  But I just couldn't stomach it.  I even got rid of 4 cases of AchievOne!  Call me crazy !  But it was right after my gallbladder removal.  I was very sick and couldln't stand the taste of food.  Now I'm better.  Now i like my same ole same ole drinks, and have rested in quite nicely to my protein routine. Here is my daily protein routine: mix, heat, mix, blend, mix, heat, mix, drink, then start again!!!

Over the Holidays when Starbuck's had my favorite peppermint mocha ( full of sugar I  might add) I made my own. I took 8oz coffee, 1 packet sugar free hot chocolate and 2 tablespoons of the DaVinci SF peppermint. It was soooo very tasty! If you wanted more protein you could make with milk and have a peppermint cocoa.

You could always increase the protein by using 8oz coffee, 1 scoop Matrix 5.0 Perfect Chocolate and the SF Peppermint Da Vinci. I would use the DV syrup to make the paste with the Matrix PP before adding the coffee. Sounds delish!
