Friday Update on Susan
I just got off the phone with Susan and she is remaining in the hospital another night as a precaution!! She is doing well and wanted everyone to know that she appreciates all the prayers and well wishes!! She also wanted to inform each of you, YES, she is sipping and walking, once her daughter gets there this afternoon, she will be able to have some protein!!! ACHIEVE ONE or as we call it OUR CRACK!!! LOL She is still on the pain pump, but they will be taking that away soon and then she will be on oral meds!!! She sounded good and wanted to say HI to everyone!!! Shelia
Well, I feel horrible, I sure am glad I did not go see Susan, because she does not need this at all!!! I am sure hoping that I can come tomorrow, I really do not feel well at all!! Todd is going to help me make the soup and then I will have it one way or another for everyone or for us!!!
Enough about me, Susan sounded weak, but that is to be expected after this major of a surgery, but she actually sounded better than I thought she would at this point!! She is such a trooper and she said she got to see her flat tummy today and it was amazing!! YEAH!!!
