Susan update

Susan looked wonderful, sporting her new speedo bathing suit (yes they make these for women too), her cool new shades, Bill was putting suntan lotion on her back, and she was sitting up drinking a mai tai with an umbrella. When I got there, her daughter and son in law were visiting...  Susan had a nurse on her way in just as  I was leaving.  Her last words to me were that she was going to drift off , she hated to since I was there.  I kindly reminded her of the time she came to visit me in the hospital and I drifted off many a times!  I told Bill if he needed anything to let us know!  She goes home tomorrow.

I'm glad Susan's doing great. I hope when she's able she will see all the Susan update messages. I thought for a moment I was on the weather forum and Susan was a Hurricane. Can't wait for the next Susan Update. Hope You know I'm just kidding. 

Glad to hear that she is doing so good. She's a trouper and she will be up and posting in no time. Keep us posted on her progress. Cheryl

I forgot to say that she peeled back the covers and sheets and her tummy looked so flat!  I know that she is going to be very happy with her results...  now in a few weeks she might be posting of how swollen she is, and we will all have to encourage her... reminding her its "swell hell" and to give it time to heal...  been there, done that!! lol But, her tummy looked great.  i didnt actually see it but you could tell with the dressings on top that it was going to be flat and wonderful.

Let Susan know she's in my heart and in my prayers. She'll be fine.  Love Kathy

Thank you for the update, Melinda!  We all love Susan so much...I just can't wait to see her and hear every detail!!!

Way to go Susan ! You are one tough lady. Take it easy and get plenty of rest !!
