Like Freddie said, go to bariatriceating.com and order the sample pack. That will give you several brands and flavors to try before you purchase a big jug. Just be aware, your tastes will change after surgery so wait to try the protein samples. Once you find something, or a few somethings, you like, netrition.com has the best prices. Shipping with them is $4.95 no matter what size your order is. I've ordered from them a few times now and I've always gotten my order very quickly. When they say 3 business days, they mean 3 business days or less. For immediately post-op you may want to try Melinda's protein jello. Get the New Whey bullet at The Vitamin Shoppe, either 25g or 42g. Mix sugar free jello with 1 cup boiling water per package directions. Pour the contents of the bullet in a measuring cup and fill with cold water to the 1 cup line. Add this to the dissolved jello and seal tightly before placing in refrigerator to setup. This must be kept tightly covered and eaten with 48 hours or the protein loses it's benefit.  Good luck on the 22nd!
