ticker

Can someone tell me how to post the weight loss ticker.  I got it made and copied it but I don't know where to go to paste it.  I'm not very computer literate if you hadn't already guessed. Thanks

Make sure you copy the ticker itself and not the link, then you will click on User Settings on the left of this page, then paste it in the box.  Hope this helps!! Shelia

Click on the link below.  I'll let you be the first ti use the tutorial, then you can PM me and let me know if it worked!   On the bottom right hand corner of the  player is a square with 4 arrows on the corner, if you click that button, it will make the player full screen.  This will make it easier to be seen!
