New product review
I went to The Vitamin Shoppe the other day and found Designer Whey ProteinPak 2 Go. This an individual packet like the Crystal Light that you add to bottled water. The stats are:
Calories - 60
Fat - 1g
Carbs - 2g
Protein - 10g
I liked this a lot better than the Special K protein water. It did not have that "protein" aftertaste. I only got one packet to try and it cost $1.79. I later saw them at GNC also but they only had them by the box. I tried the Pomegranate Fruit flavor.
Also, my favorite Crystal Light flavor right now is the Pomegranate Cherry. It is now available in the tubs as well as the To Go packets. I can mix up an entire 1/2 gallon at a time now at a much better price. YUM!!

Umm yeah... I have an important announcement... whoever is buying up all the Labrada Lean Body from Vitamin Shoppe... the stuff tastes terrible.. it causes vitamin B deficiencies, as Juanita and I were discussing and we think you should give it over to me so I can make sure the lab gets hold of it... !
In other words, please do not buy up my stash, I mean, these polluted contaminates.
You are so sweet to look out for us and protect us from this evil in our midst. ROFL
Y'all should have seen this little chickie pushing the big rolling stairs around in The Vitamin Shoppe so she could climb up and retrieve every last container of Labrada from the overflow shelf a couple of weeks ago. Okay, she didn't buy all of them...Shelia and I bought what she didn't...but, the point is, she sure scarfed them up for us. As she was handing down the last containers the store employee looked over and asked if we needed help. Uh, not now!!
