Home From Surgery!
Hi All,
I am home from surgery and doing well. Thanks for your prayers and support. I have had litle pain - just the expected soreness. Have tolerated my liquids well too.
Had a great experience at ParkWest Hospital with nurses trained for GBP patients.
The ride home (2 hrs) was a bit trying but after some rest I was fine.
Again, thanks for your prayers and thoughts,
Dot
Welcome Home Dot! We're glad that things went well, now it's time to take it easy!
So, here's your Losers Bench. May it be a place of rest after a day of walking. May it be a place of comfort while sipping the multitude of fluids you will need! And most important, may it be splinter free!
Welcome Home!

Welcome home to our newest little January baby. Sounds like you are off to a great start and it will only get better from here.
Keep us posted on your progress. Remember to sip, sip, sip and walk, walk, walk. But don't overdo, you are recovering from major surgery afterall.
