I have meet my 10% goal....a week early!!

I went to the gym this morning and stepped on the scales.  I HAVE MEET MY 10% GOAL!!..A WEEK AHEAD OF SCHEDULE!! I will make it official when I see my PCP later this week or first of next week, then I can schedule the consultation appointment with the surgeon.  I have been working on getting all the paperwork together to send for insurance approval.   Everyone who I have every seen, (WW, Nutrasystem, Jenny Craig, Curves, diabetes specialist) and the PCP are sending me (or I will pick up) copies of my medical records for my packet.   I am so excited.  It feels like it has been FOREVER!! Thanks for everyone's support.  It helps to hear of your successes and keeps me motivated. 

Awesome work ! Hope you get an approval as quickly as you lost that 10%.

Good Luck on a speedy approval! I love Dr. Morton's staff...they are wonderful...I have an appt with my PCP tomorrow and then I am officially down to 3 months of pre op diet...12 weeks...I cant wait...Good Luck to you...please keep us posted...

I can remember when they told me about the 10%. I was really floored and wondered how I would ever do it. Now I am glad that they did. My friends and family see that this is not a magic potion, it is HARD work. My insurance paperwork went really fast after that and I am scheduled for Feb. 5th. I hope it goes as smoothly for you too.
