Welcome to the board...  You will find that this is a very friendly supportive room..not only for weight loss, but have helped me through a recent cancer diagnosis....I had surgery and am completely cancer free now...but it was my OH buddies that I could confide in and were there for me and visited me in the hospital!!! You will build life long friendships here.  I know I have.
