Ok I'm thinking about shelling out $150 for the Magic Bullet. Who all here has one and can you give me some input on how you like it?

Not sure what you are getting for the $150, but you can get them everywhere like Kohl's, Macy's and so on for $59.  Mine came with 4 cups and 2 blades and a few different tops for steaming and such.  Dont give $150 for one.  I love mine by the way. Leanne

I guess I will shop around. I was looking on the official website. And they have a deal for 2 - 21pc sets for the price of 1.

Please do not pay $150 for it. They are not that much. I got one and I love it. I think most people will tell you they love it. It comes in very handy during the pureed stage of your diet and I still use mine for shakes and such. You can find them on sale sometimes for as cheap as $40 but normally, they average about $60 and that includes like three different blades and 4 different cups. I am sure you can buy additional cups for much cheaper than paying $150. I really don't remember how many peices it says it was off hand because it has been awhile. They are at Bed, Bath & Beyond too and if you get a coupon out of the paper, that saves you like 30%.  I know they even have the infomercials on sometimes for them and they are cheaper than $150 on there and always throwing stuff in for free. Keep checking around. Good luck.

Yes the infomercials say it's only 3 payments of 33.33. And that is what is on their website. And I get a whole other set for free. So it's 2 sets. But the reason I was saying it's $150, cause shipping is like $47. But I am going to call around and see what everyone else has and how much it is. If it's cheaper in the long run to have 2 I might do it. I would like to have one to keep at work too.

Hey Laura:

Check Walgreens.  They sometimes run them on sale for $39.99.  Kohls has them for $49.

I agree with everyone else...don't pay so much when you can get it locally for less.

My magic bullet bit the dust... Tim has one and it is about to bite the dust.  I have something better...  a commercial smoothie maker that I paid $80 for at Tuesday Morning.  I love love love it...  I would have to look at it later to tell you what kind but it does better than any blender, mixer, magic bullet than I have ever seen.   I get so mad at the bullet because you have to shake it to get the stuff whirled around in there good...   I dont like my stuff really runny ...  I like it thicker, but its not so thick that the machine should not work right!!   Anyway, this smoothie maker has different percentages that you can select to blend your stuff...  and you dont ever have to shake it from side to side, or pick it up like you do on cheap blenders/mixers whatever those things are called. Its pretty stable

Ok I have decided to get mine at Kohl's. I called and they have it for $59.99. Walgreens was the same price. But there is a Kohl's right up the street from where I work so I will pick on up next week when I get paid. Thanx everyone for the info. I'm glad I will be spending almost $100 less than what I originally would have. But I will get a second one later on for work too.

Laura ~ I got mine for $40 at Walgreens on sale. It's normally $60 there, but it was on sale for $50 and there was a $10 rebate coupon that week.  Even if you're looking at paying $60 (which isn't bad!), you can get 2 for less than the $150 you're looking at paying...  you might grab one now, and then keep an eye out for a sale/rebate over the next few weeks for the one you want to take to work... ~ Tara

I highly recommend purchasing one, I love mine and I actully have a backup in case something happens to the first one, but nothing has happened to it almost a year later.  However, I enjoy all the extra cups!!  I do know some that have bought knock-offs and not been happy with the performace and it does not last as long.  I noticed you said 150.00, but you can get one for around 50.00 at Bed Bath and Beyond and Walmart, sometimes Walgreens even has them for that price!!  Great investment and you will fall in love with it, my husband even uses mine all the time too!!!
