A lot of post  (and emails!) have been flying around about this Protein Packet that Melinda (melsreturn) has put together.  So, Melinda has asked that I post this on my blog for all to see and use.  The link will be below.

In the scheme of things, Melinda is the author, and I am just the publisher.  You may highlight and copy the information for your own use, or you can bookmark the post to save for later.  If anyone needs help in saving the information, or any other computer issues,  please send me a private message and I can do that.

Here's the linky doodle:

Thanks, Scott.  I know it will make it much easier for everyone to access...  and they can get it from any internet connection. I've sent out probably about 12-15 emails with protein packs attached...  I guess we should recommend it to all new postops.

Melinda, I also put links on the top of the blog.  This way as I continue to add to post, a link will always be available at the top! Image1

Thank you so much for posting this, Scott!  It is full of wonderful information that I wish I had known as a pre-op.  This is a great link for newbies because all of the stuff you need to know (about how to make the protein taste wonderful) is on this document!  Great job Melinda!!!  And Scott...you keep us "in the know!"

Thanks again!

Thanks, Scott and Melinda and anyone else who played a part in this. This is a ton of information, good for anyone to check out. I have printed myself a hard copy. Let us know when it is updated with new stuff. Cheryl
