Put on your thinkin' caps for some great recipes and such for our February Lunch Bunch.   If you are planning to attend, please bring two dishes, such as a meat and vegie or a vegie and dessert.  Preferaby WLS freindly.  You can use any recipe you find etc.  There are several on Scott's blog and he has links to other sites that have great recipes.  I like eggface's stuff personally and taste of home.   I will post a list of supplies we need to bring too, such as plates, cutlery, cups etc.  I am soooo looking forward to our meeting next month.   There will be protein samples and our usual clothing exchange with jewlery and makeup thrown in there too.  Hope to se a lot of ya'll there.   I will post directions to the church as we get closer to the 9th of February. Peace! Beth

I think we need to start a post to sign up for food.  I had a low carb pizza that I made at the protein party once, and Misty loves them.  I wouldnt want us both to bring them... will we have access to an oven?  they are best baked at the time of being eaten And also, Paula gave away her recipe for Paula's Presidential Cheese ball...  so she might want to bring that, but so might everyone else! lol

Yummm! Love those Pizza's! I was thinking the same thing about a list. I think for this to work out, everyone planning on bringing something should email Beth and let her know what so she can the menu together to make sure people are not bringing the same thing. Also,  to make sure we dont end up with just dessert and protein shakes and we do get some food as well (leave it to the preggo to make sure there will be food - haha!). I wasn't planning on bringing the pizzas although they are sooo good because I knew that they are best hot and made fresh. If you want to bring them or make them there, you can.  Beth, I will just email you what I plan to bring once I decide. Thanks!

Cheryl,        If you already have those things, then go ahead and bring them, I will find something else to sign up for, okay!! Shelia We may want to provide copies of the recipe so we all will have it with our dishes, especially since we all have different things that we can tolerate.  Just a thought!!

One other question, do we need to have the nutrition information for what we bring, and can we get these recipes from anywhere? Cheryl

Hi Cheryl, If you have the nutrional info that would be great, if not the recipe will do.  There are several programs out there that will give us the values if need be.  You can use whatever recipe you want from wherever you want.  There are several sites available if you need help. Beth
