And my enemies too!  lol But just to let you know that Labrada Lean Body Vanilla Ice Cream is sold at Vitamin Shoppe... its 3.49 a container (17 oz) and let me tell you, Shelia will tell you and Susan too.. ITS DELISH! Freddie, If you use this in your Go****'s Good... ITS EVEN BETTER!  Better than micellar milk, hood milk, regular milk, water, anything!  It makes it so rich, so creamy and heavenly! 

Okay, I am not sure if I like you posting this particular SECRET  !!  LOL   Actually, I went by the store to pick up the few items that I did not have and I have a warm cup of it right now!!  Todd laughed when I came in and went to directly making it, it tastes so delicious  , and hits the spot on a cold   evening!!  BTW, it does do well in the microwave in a glass container, just have to watch it an not let it boil over!!!  Thanks for sharing your secret with me!!!

Okay, I can see where you would think that (lol), but it is actually a liquid protein drink that is rich and creamy like melted ice cream.  Melinda made me a hot white chocolate last night with it and it was wonderful, so I had to make one like the one she made me last night, but I do not have a machine with a frother, so I put it in the microwave and nuked it, IT WORKED!!!  I was so happy, and it was.....muUUM, muUUM, GOOD!!!!

Shelia, I came home and told Tim about me moving that huge ladder over to the Labrada, and stepping up there and getting down all those containers...  then the clerk asked, "Do you need some help?"  I said, NOT NOW!  I think we bought them out... OH Lord, it puts Micellar Milk to shame, in my opinion...   the flavors they had in Vitamin Shoppe were: chocolate Vanilla Ice Cream and Banana Cream but I dont think that sounds good to me Tara, we did buy some cytosport that you told Susan about.  I like them!

I am having some this morning as I type this!!!  I do believe we bought all the vanillia at that store!!  I mixed in 4 teaspoons of the Suisse Mocha by International Coffee this morning, added the FF Half and Half, and topped it off with the Redi Whip, it is sooooooooooooooooo Delish!!!  I am so thankful to have a hot drink that I really like, this is amazing, because other than Hot Chocolate, I am just not a hot drink person, Hummmmmmmmm maybe that is another one of those tastes that change after surgery!!!! LOL It was so funny, when you got up there, I am sure that Tim was not really surprised, because he is beginning to understand, nothing stops 3 WLS patients from their GOOD Protein!!!   LOL

Shelia I washed my coffee cup this morning... the disposable one with the lid like I gave you yesterday...  and I laughed.  I told Tim "Well Shelia probably washed her cup and is having her labrada...  and she'll probably wa**** for a month!"  I love those cups and try to reuse them as much as I can.  2.99 for them is not bad... considering one drink cost me $2 at starbucks....

That is sooooo bad that you know me sooooo well!!  I will have to go get me some of those cups, I do believe you are right, I will be using it for a while!!!  lol

I used some of my Labrada in my strawberry protein smoothie this morning. YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tara - thanks for the tip about the CytoSport. You are right. This stuff is going to put Isopure out of business! My fav is the tangerine but I like the watermelon too. I haven't tried the tropical yet. I plan on having some of this on hand to use after my surgery on the 7th. Mel and others have told me I won't have an appetite so this should be perfect to get my protein and fluids in.
