Copy and paste your ticker from http://www.tickerfactory.com/weight-loss/wcBF7EB/ after you have created it, follow the directions to create your ticker, but do not copy the link, it will not work, you will need to copy and paste the ticker itself. Then to the left of this page, you will see: ObesityHelp Tennessee Weight Loss Forum

Click on the User Settings and it will bring you to a page that looks similar to this:

Signature:

GOD HAS GIVEN ME THE BEST GIFT IN ADDITION TO HIS SON AND MY FAMILY, HE GAVE ME A BUNCH OF LOSERS!!!!!

Paste your ticker in the box, like the one above, make sure your Enable my signature box is checked. Then click Save and you should be set!!! Good Luck, I hope this helps and I did not leave anything out!! Shelia
